Registration & Costs

Online registrations are open from 18 March to 23 May 2019.

Registration fees

Membership fees fully up to date (i.e., including 2019). Members can pay their annual membership fee together with the meeting registration (€ 50 for regular and € 15 for junior). *Graduate and undergraduate students under 32 years of age, with no permanent position at the University or other public or private institutions. To benefit from this discount, a confirmation must be provided by the direct supervisor (further details are available during the registration procedure).

Groups of at least 10 Ph.D. students enrolled directly by the Doctorate School pay only 100 EUR each, with no need to pay the SIBBM membership fee.

N.B. If, to benefit from the reduced rate, you plan to apply for a membership, please remember that you must do so strictly before 20 May 2019. For details on memberships, visit the SIBBM website. The new member, after acceptance by the SIBBM board, will be able to pay the social fee together with the meeting registration fee.

The registration fee entitles participants to:

entry to all scientific sessions and poster viewing
all coffee breaks during the duration of the meeting
evening aperitif on 11 June, and lunch on 12 June
congress kit

Participation in the buffet dinner on Wednesday, 12 June, is not included in the fee and costs 10 EUR. If you wish to attend the dinner, please select it during the payment procedure.

Payment

Upon registration, a confirmation e-mail is sent to you; this message contains, amongst other information, your reference code. Please do not process any payment without this reference code—thank you for your cooperation.

Find your match!

Find your match is a new initiative open to all SIBBM members attending the SIBBM Seminar 2019 in Bologna.

It's a virtual meeting point where PIs and Ph.D. students/postdocs can meet and discuss job offers.

Once registrations close (on 23 May 2019), all participants will receive instructions by email about how to participate in the initiative. All relevant information will be provided before the seminar so that interested individuals can organise to meet.
